Itch.io should add some moderation on these comments, ik someone wants to say their opinion but these kids getting easily offended by NTR is just insanity and it even ruins the game overall, someone wants to enjoy a game and then sees this, it makes people lose taste to play at all

That here was actually very civilized. Unless some stuff was deleted. I have seen a lot of trash talk from "ntr" haters in comment sections. Always funny. I sometimes look where they commented to find interesting games. Most of them complain on games that are not ntr, but rather non-harem.
The problem here is, that it seems one hater is passionate about it and goes to such extremes as to create fake accounts to additionally vote down the game.
To your question, in my opinion that is not ntr, since it is not happening to the mc. Though some content might have been changed since I last played. And the dev said that the scenes are optional. Too lazy to read the description. From what I remember the mc was hired by a cheated husband (the fat dude), to find evidence for the cheating and the mc later could join in on some punishment or watch it. So probably voyerism and threesome involving one of the women the mc can bone.
I like your game and I'm ready to buy it on Steam, but I hope he will release a Chinese version because the current game is very difficult for me to understand the language, thank you very much

for the NTR question there is only 2 NTR scenes which i dont believe are really NTR scenes but i can understand some might find them NTR ( anyway 1 of those scenes can be completely optional/avoided and other one you need to watch for the story )

You have a patreon. You should ask your patrons about new content they want. And not implement content to piss off some haters.
Ignore beggars and haters. Do not let them influence the content in any way. I for one am always annoyed about those begging comments, about futa, pregnancy and whatnot. Same as about ntr complain comments. They distort the apparant popularity of kinks.

sent them email again hopefully they will reply and i can upload a proper version here :)
What does free version mean? Not sure if here for every game that could mean something slightly different, like a better version never appearing here and stuff like that and only ever on patreon.

free versions are usually 1 or 2 month old versions of the game
latest versions are paid and they will be available on patreon
